WHY DBR77?
We know from our own experience that robotization and digitization is a difficult and complicated process for most companies. It requires the involvement of specialists or lengthy staff training. And even so, the challenge is to properly implement robots or ERP-type systems so that they are a real help to the company and its employees.
We ourselves have been active implementing Lean Management principles to many entities. We found that it was time to democratize them and combine them with the assumptions of Industry 4.0. This allowed us to introduce the assumptions for Lean 4.0 and build excellent tools to facilitate the tasks of the company’s employees, as well as the decision-making of management.
