Speakers
Łukasz Szatkowski — Trainer / Consultant / Auditor, automotive industry Graduate of the University of Zielona Góra (Production Management and Engineering, specializing in Quality Engineering). In the automotive industry since 2010, with experience at international suppliers to VW, Iveco, Peugeot and Ford at Tier 1 level, in roles spanning product/process engineering, quality planning, and process engineering management. Today he works as a trainer, consultant and auditor specializing in quality management systems, quality tools and metrology, and co-leads ARIA (the Academy of Robotics and Automation).
Bartłomiej Straszak — COO, DBR77 Graduate of Wrocław University of Technology and ENS Paris, with experience at McKinsey & Company and years of work with manufacturing plants on management systems, digital twins and the automation of decision-making processes. He advises manufacturing companies on moving from reactive firefighting to real-time, data-driven management.
