See how you can optimize the in-showroom shopping experience using the DBR77 digital twin. The next installment of this case study will introduce you to the topic of optimizing product presentation and sales processes in a showroom. The DBR77 showroom helps industrial suppliers increase sales efficiency and improve customer satisfaction through dynamic and interactive product presentations.

Case Study

Our client is Fanuc—a global leader in industrial automation and robotics. Fanuc manufactures and distributes industrial robots, PLCs, servo drives, motors, CNC systems, visualization systems, control systems, and software. In addition, the company provides technical support delivered by a team of qualified engineers.

Job Description – Product Showroom

The client’s challenge stemmed from the need to effectively showcase a diverse range of products in the showroom. First and foremost, the products vary significantly in terms of functionality and application, which requires a precise presentation tailored to the needs of end customers. The key to addressing this challenge was to create a dynamic presentation solution that would accommodate the diverse product range planned for a given presentation. Consequently, the client utilized product simulation technology in the DBR77 virtual showroom.

Completed projects

1. Tworzenie wirtualnego showroomu DBR77:

  • Development of a virtual platform that replicates the exhibition space.
  • Defining interactive product presentation paths and the parameters of the virtual environment.

2. Integration of multimedia technologies:

  • The implementation of modern technologies, such as VR and AR, which enable interactive presentations.
  • Customizing menus and tailoring the interface to users’ individual needs.

3. Product application simulation:

  • Creating realistic 3D models of products.
  • A comprehensive simulation of product performance in a virtual environment. This allows for testing and analyzing their functionality.

4. Support for suppliers:

  • Generating reports on product interest to help suppliers analyze the market and tailor their offerings.

Results and Conclusions – FANUC Showroom

Optimizing the presentation process at the DBR77 showroom has led to increased sales effectiveness. As a result, customers now have faster access to product information, which has helped attract more potential buyers. Thanks to access to numerous 3D models (such as grippers), the presentation at the DBR77 showroom significantly reduces the time required for product demonstrations and customization.

In addition, the use of VR and AR technologies in the DBR77 showroom enables an interactive and engaging product presentation, which significantly enhances the effectiveness of the sales process.

In addition, simulating product functionality in a virtual industrial environment enables thorough testing and demonstration, which enhances customer understanding and engagement.

Finally, the multilingual capabilities and customizable interface of the showroom support global reach and enhance marketing opportunities.

Benefits for the company

Thanks to the DBR77 showroom, suppliers can quickly create and update product presentations in a virtual environment, responding flexibly to current market needs.
