Our goal was to identify BETA-POINT’s key needs and verify the assumptions underlying its transition to Industry 4.0, taking into account the organization’s direction of development. Although BETA-POINT already had many elements of integrated manufacturing in place, such as an MES system and connected machines, the company recognized the need for further development.

In addition, a key challenge in this project was Beta-Point’s comprehensive, multi-product offering. Consequently, the client recognized that, as part of its development, it was necessary to strengthen the advisory aspects related to the products offered. This combination necessitates striking a balance between the end customer’s expectations regarding quality, cost-effectiveness, and the fastest possible order fulfillment, and all the processes carried out at Beta-Point. First, a key element was the creation of a new business model that serves as the foundation for building the company’s profitability and providing customers with labels best suited to the technologies and requirements of manufacturing companies—Beta-Point’s clients.
