PIOTR WISNIEWSKI
Education: Piotr Wisniewski holds a PhD in management from the Poznań University of Economics (2005-2009). He also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School (2015-2016) and a master’s degree in financial management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (1996-2001).
Previous experience: Peter has extensive experience in leadership and strategic management. He served as CEO of the Maflow Group, overseeing plants in many countries and leading strategic initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency and financial performance. He also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hutmen S.A. and President of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. Elana Branch in Toruń.
Current role in DBR77: Peter is the founder and global CEO of DBR77.com, where he leads the company in process automation for various businesses through innovative digital transformation solutions. He is also a lecturer on digital transformation in MBA programs and a regular contributor to reputable business magazines.
BARTLOMIEJ STRASZAK

Education: Bartłomiej Straszak holds a Master of Science in Nanotechnology from École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay (2010–2012), a Master of Science in Materials Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology (2007–2012), and a Master’s degree in Production Management from WSB University in Poznań (2014–2015).
Previous experience: Bartłomiej’s career includes positions as a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company and a Process and Product Engineer at Autoneum Holding AG. He has extensive experience in consulting, management strategy, and engineering.
Current role at DBR77: Bartłomiej is the Executive Director for Central and Eastern Europe at the DBR77 Robot Platform, responsible for leading sales and implementation teams in Poland.
KATARZYNA MARSZALKIEWICZ

Previous experience:
An expert in the automation and robotization of manufacturing and warehouse processes in the spirit of Industry 4.0, she is responsible for business development strategy and commercial operations, as well as relationships with key partners and technology providers, including global robot manufacturers and system integrators.
She helps manufacturing plants prepare for digital transformation using technologies such as Digital Twin, IIoT and DRD strategy, supporting companies to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency. She has extensive experience leading projects for the automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, food, metalworking, furniture and logistics industries. For more than 12 years, she was responsible for implementing the financing of major investments in machinery and production lines at industrial plants.
Current role at DBR77: Catherine serves as Country Commercial Manager at Platform DBR77, where she oversees commercial operations and business development strategies.
She is the creator of the “Dating with Technology” series, in which she shares her knowledge of modern industrial solutions by inviting experts and market leaders to speak.
PAWEL MROCZKOWSKI

Education: Pawel Mroczkowski graduated from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Maastricht, earned an MBA from Hult International Business School and completed several prestigious programmes, including the Specialisation in Digital Transformation & Innovation at Hult International Business School in Boston, the Executive AMP at Yale School of Management and the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Previous experience: Paweł is an experienced entrepreneur and executive. He was co-founder and CEO of several companies in Poland and Germany in the manufacturing, retail, services and crafts sectors. In all these companies, he was intensively involved in the digital transformation of processes and the technological development of the companies.
Current role at DBR77: Pawel is Executive Director for Western Europe and Managing Director of DBR77 GmbH in Berlin, from where he oversees strategic development in Western Europe, day-to-day business operations and digital transformation consulting.
DOROTA DRZEWIECKA

Education: Dorota Drzewiecka completed the Sales Manager Academy at Wyzsza Szkola Bankowa in Torun from October 2018 to June 2019. She also studied at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun from 2007 to 2011.
Previous experience: Dorota has extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management. She worked as a Senior Sales Specialist at P.H.U.P PRO-TECH from November 2018 to June 2023 and as a Senior Insurance Specialist at Maximus Broker from April 2016 to September 2017. Previously, she was a Client Advisor for Individual Insurance at DSA Investment S.A. from November 2014 to February 2016.
Current role at DBR77: Since July 2023, Dorota has been working as a Business Development Manager at DBR77 Platform, managing business development activities and client relationships.
KAMIL KUCZEK

Education: Kamil Kuczek earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Gdansk University of Technology, completed in March 2018. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from the same university, obtained in February 2016.
Previous experience: Kamil has significant experience in mechanical design and business development. He worked as a Designer at Dan-Poltherm from June 2015 to March 2022, where he honed his skills in engineering and design.
Current role at DBR77: Since March 2022, Kamil has been working as a Business Development Manager at DBR77 Platform, focusing on driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
JUSTYNA LASKOWSKA

Education: Justyna Laskowska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and completed postgraduate studies in Financial Management and Marketing at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. She also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Management in Business at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and holds a diploma as an IT technician.
Previous experience: Justyna has extensive experience in intellectual property management, project coordination, and technology transfer. She served as the Director of the Academic Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer Center at Nicolaus Copernicus University, overseeing intellectual property management, entrepreneurship and innovation competencies, knowledge and technology transfer, research team management, and securing funding for CPATT activities.
Current role at DBR77: She is responsible for administrative processes, acquiring new technology providers, and collaborating with universities worldwide.

KONRAD MILEWSKI

Education: Konrad Milewski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science (Web Systems Development) from Glasgow Caledonian University (2013-2017).
Previous experience: Konrad has over ten years of professional experience in software development and project management. He co-founded AppWorks Software House, where he led product development and strategic growth. He was also a co-founder of ConnectIQ, a company specializing in software and hardware solutions for production line measurement.
Current role at DBR77: Konrad is the CTO at DBR77, where he oversees technical strategy, software architecture, and the development of the digital twin platform for industrial automation and robotics.
Doreen Mittelstaedt

Education: Doreen Mittelstädt has more than 12 years of professional experience in sales and business development. Her core competencies in B2B trade and sales strategy provide the foundation for creating innovative business opportunities and building strong strategic partnerships. Professional Experience:
Prior to her current role, Doreen worked as a branch manager, sales director and business development specialist at various German companies, where she had a significant impact on increasing sales efficiency and effectiveness. Her extensive experience and strategic approach allow her to successfully implement initiatives to support long-term growth.
Current role at DBR77: Doreen serves as Business Development Manager at DBR77 GmbH, using her knowledge and experience to further develop the company’s market presence. She is motivated to work at DBR77, a company that supports continuous improvement and sustainability.
KRYSTIAN WIECZOREK

Previous experience: From the beginning of his career, he has been involved in the IT industry, where he gained his first experience as a web developer. Over time, he specialized in the design and development of e-commerce systems, where he spent four years creating complex solutions to support online sales.
The next step in his career path was to take on the role of Lead Developer in a transportation management software project for the railroad industry. For over a year, he was responsible for system development, application architecture and coordination of the development team.
Current role at DBR77: For more than four years, he has served as Lead Software Developer of the DBR77 platform – an innovative digital ecosystem supporting Industry 4.0. He combines technological expertise with experience in leading IT projects, focusing on creating scalable, modern software solutions. On a daily basis, he actively supports the development of the team and ensures the quality and efficiency of the implemented technologies.
ALEKSANDRA MARKIEWICZ

Experience:
Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in IT project management, with a particular focus on the e-commerce industry. For almost three years she served as Project Manager, effectively coordinating the implementation of digital projects and implementing solutions to support online sales. She then assumed the position of Project Director, where she was responsible for strategic planning, project development and cooperation with key stakeholders.
She gained further experience as an IT Project Manager in a transportation management project in the rail industry, leading the development of a complex IT system and overseeing the cooperation of interdisciplinary teams.
Current role at DBR77:
For more than four years, she has served as Chief Product Officer at DBR77 Robot Platform, an innovative platform supporting industrial transformation in the spirit of Industry 4.0. She is responsible for product development, innovation strategy and technology directions. He combines leadership skills with a deep understanding of user and market needs, effectively translating business visions into viable digital solutions.
MATEUSZ OCHMAN

Previous experience: He began his career in IT at Gamesformatic, where he worked on computer game development. He participated in a project where he co-created advanced realistic hair physics, and was responsible for designing and programming other gameplay elements. At a later stage of the game’s development, he took on the role of team leader, coordinating development work and supporting project development. His previous work experience was outside the IT industry in managerial roles, where he was responsible for managing teams and organizing work.
Current role at DBR77: He has been with DBR77 since 2023, where he started as a programmer. Since 2025, he has been Team Leader of the Unity team, focusing on the development and improvement of the Digital Twin platform. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the Digital Twin’s key functionalities, as well as for organizing the team’s work and supporting its development. He actively participates in the development of modern technology solutions to support Industry 4.0.
SONIA MORAWSKA

Education: Sonia Morawska completed an engineering degree in Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology (2013-2019).
Previous experience: Sonia has gained significant experience in sales, customer service, and event management. She worked as a Corporate Training Manager at ICAN Institute and as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Global D Poland.
Current role at DBR77: Sonia is currently a Digital Twin Project Manager at DBR77, responsible for managing digital twin projects and coordinating various aspects of marketing and business development.
KONRAD STEFANIK

Education: Konrad Stefanik completed a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance with a specialization in Accounting and Corporate Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics (2000-2005). He also pursued additional studies in Business IT Technologies at Silesian University of Technology (2009-2010).
Previous experience: Konrad has extensive experience in financial management and analysis. He served as Head of Controlling at Mostostal Zabrze Konstrukcje Przemysłowe SA and BLUMENBECKER ENGINEERING POLSKA Sp. z o.o. He also held the position of Business Unit Controller at Synthos S.A.
Current role at DBR77: Konrad is a Senior Consultant at DBR77 Consulting, where he leverages his financial expertise to support various consulting projects.
KATARZYNA SZWAROCKA

She is involved in digital transformation, new technologies and the implementation of innovative solutions in industry. She specializes in development strategy, marketing and financing of innovations, achieving high efficiency in raising funds for research and development projects. She has experience in implementing numerous projects related to digitization and Industry 4.0, bringing together the worlds of business, science and institutions.
At DBR77, she serves as CMO & R&D Specialist, responsible for:
1. marketing strategy – developing the DBR77 brand, building market position and digital communication.
2. organization of key industry events, including the Industrial (R)Evolution Conference – one of the most important events about industrial digitization and automation, or DBR77’s presence at ITM Industry Europe, where the latest robotization and digitization solutions are presented.
3 R&D projects in the area of digitization, automation and AI, supporting innovative implementations in industry.
She is a graduate of the NEXT MBA, among others, where she gained knowledge from global marketing leaders such as Philip Kotler, Seth Godin and Martin Lindstrom. She has also completed numerous courses in AI, Industry 4.0, design thinking and R&D project management, constantly expanding her competencies in the area of innovation and technology.
She combines experience in marketing, R&D and implementation strategy, focusing on the real impact of new technologies on the future of industry.

TOMASZ JANKOWSKI

Education: Tomasz Jankowski completed his Master’s degree in Environmental Protection and his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a specialization in Environmental Protection at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (2010-2017).
Previous Experience: Tomasz has experience in managing EU projects and environmental research. He worked as an EU project specialist at Lech Consulting Sp. z o.o. and as a laboratory manager at Bionitec Sp. z o.o., where he was involved in various research and development projects.
Current Role at DBR77: Tomasz is the Head of the Research and Development Department at DBR77, where he focuses on research and development in IT, digital twin technology, and automation.
PAWEL DERA

Education: Paul Dera graduated with a master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and an engineering degree in Computer Science. In addition, he completed postgraduate studies in advanced project management. He is currently a doctoral student, working on artificial intelligence in intelligent industrial sensors.
Previous experience:
Has more than 20 years of experience in the defense industry, reverse logistics and manufacturing. Experienced expert in managing engineering teams. He has worked on management systems, process automation, data analysis and predictive systems. He has spearheaded optimization projects dealing with B2B, reporting, RPA and visual inspection. He has also developed support systems for hardware repair.
He has experience in designing systems for electric vehicles, including battery and drive systems. He has led implementation projects related to energy storage and vehicle approval.
Current role at DBR77: Currently in R&D, he focuses on product development, Big Data and IoT technologies.
PAWEL KALINSKI

Education: Pawel Kalinski earned a Master’s degree in Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, completed in 2007. He also completed his attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Torun between 2008 and 2011, obtaining attorney qualifications.
Previous Experience: Pawel has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and labor law. He served as the Director of the Legal Department at Maflow – Boryszew Group from May 2011 to December 2016, coordinating legal support for the group’s headquarters and international legal teams. He also managed the legal and debt collection departments at Trops S.A. from September 2008 to January 2011. Additionally, since March 2014, Pawel has been a Partner at the law firm Celinska Kalinski Mikolajczyk, providing legal services to international clients in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, as well as handling M&A transactions, greenfield and brownfield investments, and due diligence processes.
Current Role at DBR77: Pawel is a Partner at DB 77 Consulting and has been leading the Legal and Tax Department since December 2016. In this role, he oversees the legal department, conducts financial negotiations, drafts and reviews commercial contracts, and performs comprehensive legal and financial analyses of enterprises.
