ARIA – Academy of Robotics and Automation – for Management
A 5-day training course organized by SQD Alliance, providing comprehensive preparation for the implementation of automation and robotics in manufacturing facilities. The program combines legal aspects of machine safety, investment planning and cost analysis, process improvement (TPM, SMED, risk analysis, cybersecurity), and practical knowledge of industrial robotics—from robot selection and controller configuration to initial commissioning. The final day features workshops on a FANUC six-axis robot (R30iB Plus controller) led by a trainer from the FANUC Academy.
An essential part of the program (Day 2) is the DBR77.com platform, where participants learn a comprehensive approach to automation projects: from objectives and planning, through cost calculation and production simulation, to building a “digital twin” of the production line, preparing requests for quotation (RFQs), financing analysis, and comprehensive oversight of the investment’s implementation. DBR77 thus serves as a tool supporting decision-makers at every stage—from the initial idea, through the selection of an integrator, to project implementation and monitoring.
The training is aimed at maintenance departments, production supervision teams, teams responsible for investments, and system integration companies. It concludes with a written test and the awarding of an SQD Alliance eCertificate.
