DBR77 Signs Strategic MoU with Saudi Ministry of Industry to Support “Future Factory” Program and Vision 2030

Riyadh / Berlin / Warsaw / Charlotte – December 2025.

It is a defining moment for our global expansion. DBR77 has officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIM) of Saudi Arabia. This agreement positions DBR77 as a key technology partner for the Future Factory program, a cornerstone of the national Saudi Vision 2030 strategy.

The Partnership: Digital Twin for the Kingdom

Saudi Arabia is currently executing one of the most ambitious industrial transformations in the world. The goal is clear: to shift 4,000 factories from traditional manufacturing to Industry 4.0 standards.

To achieve this, the Kingdom established the Advanced Manufacturing and Production Centre (AMPC). Through this new partnership, DBR77 will support AMPC by providing the essential digital infrastructure: our Digital Twin technology, AI-driven optimization algorithms, and access to a global network of vetted integrators via the DBR77 Marketplace.

“This MoU proves that industrial challenges are universal. Whether a factory is in Europe, the US, or Saudi Arabia, the goal is the same: efficiency. We are honored to bring our technology to the table and support the Kingdom in building a world-class industrial sector.”

Piotr Wiśniewski, Global CEO of DBR77

Key Pillars of the MoU

Under this agreement, the collaboration will focus on three strategic areas:

  1. Supporting the Future Factory Program – Implementing DBR77 tools to assess digital maturity (SIRI assessment support) and planning robotization roadmaps for Saudi manufacturers.
  2. Technology Transfer – Leveraging the DBR77 Platform to connect local factories with global technology providers, bridging the gap between demand and execution.
  3. Empowering the AMPC – Assisting the Center in building internal competencies in automation, robotics, and industrial AI.

Why Saudi Arabia Chose DBR77?

The Ministry (MIM) was looking for partners who offer more than just hardware. They needed a complete ecosystem. DBR77 was selected for its unique “All-in-one Platform” approach:

  • Speed: The ability to create Digital Twins and run simulations without disrupting physical production.
  • Connectivity: A Marketplace that instantly matches investors with verified integrators.
  • Scalability: A solution capable of handling the massive scale of the “Vision 2030” projects.

Global Impact: What This Means for Our Clients

Expanding into the Middle East is not just a business milestone; it is a technological accelerator. Working on large-scale “Greenfield” and “Brownfield” projects in such a dynamic environment pushes our algorithms to the next level.

The insights and data gained from the Saudi Future Factory deployments will be integrated back into our global platform. This means that our clients in Germany, Poland, and the USA will benefit from even more robust simulation tools, tested in one of the most demanding industrial markets in the world.
