100% EMC Compliance: DBR77 IoT Systems Ready for Full CE Certification

We have successfully finalized the comprehensive Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing for our DBR77 IoT devices. Conducted at the Łukasiewicz Centre in collaboration with RED Electronics, the tests resulted in a 100% success rate. This milestone confirms industrial-grade reliability and marks the final step toward granting the CE mark to our IIoT systems.

Independent verification at Poland’s leading research institute proves that the DBR77 IoT architecture meets the most stringent EU and international standards. For our partners, this is a clear signal: we provide interference-resistant solutions ready to operate at the heart of any modern smart factory.

Technological Edge Confirmed by Certification

The EMC test results highlight the unique strengths of the IRIS 77 platform, positioning it as a leader in the IIoT segment:

  • Industrial LoRaWAN: Stable data transmission over long distances (several km) with low power consumption—even in high-interference environments.
  • Real-time OEE Analytics: Precision monitoring and micro-stoppage detection, enabling a productivity increase of up to 25%.
  • Seamless Integration: Native connectivity with MES/ERP systems eliminates manual errors and streamlines data flow.
  • Edge Computing & AI: Leveraging NVIDIA Jetson platforms for local data processing (zero latency) and advanced Digital Twin simulations.
  • Scalable SaaS Architecture: An all-in-one model allowing rapid scaling from a single sensor to a full-scale IIoT infrastructure.

Strategic Global Impact

“Successful EMC testing is a guarantee of DBR77 IoT’s reliability in real-world shop floor conditions. Our platform bridges advanced connectivity with AI analytics, offering a complete solution for Industry 4.0 and enabling our rapid expansion into global markets,” comments Piotr Wiśniewski, Global CEO & Creator of IRIS 77.

With these results, DBR77 is accelerating its growth in European and US markets through its subsidiaries, DBR77 GmbH and DBR77 Inc.
