DBR77 Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 2026-03-25

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of DBR77 websites, accounts, products, APIs, hosted services, and related content.

2. Prohibited uses

Users may not use DBR77 services to:

  • violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, export-control rules, or third-party rights,
  • upload, transmit, or store unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, or privacy-violating content,
  • upload malicious code, malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful material,
  • attempt unauthorized access to any user account, system, data set, network, API, credential, or environment,
  • probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or degrade infrastructure or service performance,
  • interfere with other customers, security controls, or monitoring systems,
  • bypass authentication, session, rate-limit, usage-cap, billing, seat, or entitlement controls,
  • impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent identity or authority, or use false affiliations,
  • use the service for competitive scraping, benchmark harvesting, model extraction, prompt extraction, or reverse engineering beyond rights expressly granted by law or contract,
  • use AI-assisted features for prohibited high-risk, unlawful, or deceptive purposes,
  • submit data or content for which the user lacks the necessary rights, permissions, notices, or legal basis.

3. Security and integrity expectations

Users must use the service in a manner that preserves confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This includes maintaining account security, protecting credentials, and promptly reporting suspected compromise or misuse.

4. Enforcement

DBR77 may investigate suspected violations and may, to the extent reasonably necessary:

  • suspend or terminate access,
  • rate-limit traffic or specific actions,
  • disable integrations, sessions, or API keys,
  • remove or block unlawful or prohibited content,
  • require remedial action before restoring access,
  • preserve records and cooperate with authorities where required by law.

DBR77 may act on actual, attempted, or reasonably suspected violations.

5. Relationship to other documents

This policy supplements the applicable contract, website terms, product terms, and security rules. Where a product-specific document imposes stricter limits, the stricter limits apply.
