Report on DBR77’s participation at ITM Industry Europe 2025: Factory of the Future at the center of industrial innovation
On June 3-6, 2025, during ITM Industry Europe in Poznan, DBR77 once again became the heart of innovation, presenting its vision of the Factory of the Future. A unique zone was set up in Pavilion 4, where visitors could experience how modern technology, automation and robotization are changing the face of industry. This year’s edition was even more spectacular than previous ones and brought together leading experts, industry leaders, technology partners and a wide range of exhibitors.

DBR77 Factory of the Future – three pillars of modern industry
This year’s DBR77 Factory of the Future focused on three key areas:
People of the Factory of the Future – with an emphasis on the role of women in industry,
Managing the Factory of the Future – using artificial intelligence,
Manufacturing processes – with a practical approach to automation and robotization.

Program and speakers – day by day
Day 1: Women of the Factory of the Future (June 3, 2025)
The first day was marked by the “Women of the Factory of the Future: diversity and competence” conference. Female experts discussed the role of women in industry, the diversity of teams and the new competencies needed in the era of Industry 4.0.

The program included expert panels, interviews, workshops and inspiring talks on industrial marketing. Of particular interest were practical workshops on building authority in the tech industry and using LinkedIn in industry.

Day 2: Managing the Factory of the Future (June 4, 2025)
The second day was dedicated to intelligent production management, digital twins and artificial intelligence. There were VR/AR demonstrations, presentations by technology partners and practical speeches by experts.

The third day was dedicated to manufacturing processes, showcasing real robotic stations, automation applications and human-robot collaboration. Marketplace DBR77 showed how to connect companies with integrators and technologies to increase production efficiency.

Summary and significance of DBR77’s presence at ITM 2025
DBR77’s participation in ITM Industry Europe 2025 confirmed the company’s position as a leader in the digital transformation of industry and the Industry 4.0 ecosystem. DBR77’s Factory of the Future was a place for inspiring meetings, knowledge exchange and presentations of real implementations that are already changing Polish and European industry. Cooperation with partners and integration of the latest technologies made the DBR77 zone one of the highlights of the fair.
